Human (soft) skills

The skills required for individuals to enter, be present, and succeed in an institution called an organization were previously called soft skills, which are now classified as human skills. Skills that are unfortunately generally neglected in schools and universities, spaces that focus solely on technical knowledge and skills. However, without soft skills, what we experience in the workplace is one that is full of infighting, power games, and conflict that consumes the soul, hinders teamwork, and destroys motivation.

Transformation-oriented courses

Another category of skills required for human development and advancement in organizations goes beyond soft skills. Those that mainly affect not only the development of the individual but also his role in the development of other individuals and the organization. Leadership and guidance skills, and a category of skills that, following the rapidly changing and ambiguous environment of our time, there is an increasing need to learn and strengthen them. This category lays the foundation for the transformation of an organization and its growth.

Specialized skills

A set of skills that are specifically and focused and are more needed by specific industries or occupations and fall outside the general scope of the two categories above.
